At SMG4 Store, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip or a note with your order details.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
